Terms and Conditions:
1. Our Support staff shall contact you within 48 hours of the payment to confirm the details of your appointment.
2. We assure appointment within 8 days from the date of booking online, excluding the date of booking. However, in case of any contingency or the event of the Doctor travelling out of India, the appointment may be delayed.
3. In case of delay in appointment beyond the period mentioned above, you are eligible to full refund on cancelling the appointment.
4. In case you cancel the appointment before 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, only 5% administrative charges (calculated on amount of payment made) shall be deducted from the net amount paid by you.
5. In case you cancel the appointment 48 hours and up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, Rs 200 + 5% administrative charges (calculated on amount of payment made) shall be deducted from the amount paid.
6. In case you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, no refund shall be made.
7.We shall refund the balance amount within 48 hours of the receipt of cancellation request.
